Q: Can I transfer an existing domain name to your servers?
A: Yes. When you sign up, just specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain. EQHost will then contact the InterNIC for you, and request that your domain name be transferred.

It may take several days (normally 72 hours) for InterNIC to complete the domain name transfer process and propagate to other DNS server, so we highly recommend that you keep your current service active until it is completed.

We will provide you with a temporary IP address for you to transfer and test your site at here. Once the transfer process is completed, you can request your previous host to have them delete the old domain name information from their DNS server.

Q: What are the procedures to do a Domain Name Transfer?
A: To do a domain name transfer, these are the procedures:

Send us the Administrative Contact information (Name, Organisation) from the previous registrant together with the payment.

We will do the submission base on the information you have given.
